If only everyone had such customer service

I was taken by surprise, after getting such terrible service at the cell c shop at Greenstone. I called Cell C and was put through to a sales consultant Precious P**** , who was not only helpful but super friendly. If only more would follow her example. She placed my order ,with not one problem where Greenstone Cell C made me wait almost an hour, and that was the second time I had been there. Precious then called me to let me know my order was on its way and she told me what steps to take once I'd received it. Then she still phoned to check I had received it. That's what customer service is! Thank you so much Precious, because of you I stayed with Cell C Dr Debbie
