if I can't get coverage Cell C are in breach

I have complained about coverage and after a lot of show with technicians being sent to test and confirming that there is a problem I still cannot use my cell in the Northcliff, Fairland and other areas.<br> I am paying for a service that is non existing. surely this is not correct or is it somewhere in the small print that they don't have to have a network that works.
