Identity Theft caused by someone at Cell C

My personal and banking details was leaked from somewhere withing Cell C.<br> <br> Someone is *****ing my Identity as well as my Savings account banking Detail.(ONLY Cell C and the bank itself has this account Number).<br> <br> My information was leaked from either the /My-Accounts/ (billing) page that does NOT comply with the POPI act as my account number is clearly displayed. OR From the store in Centurion where I submitted the documents. OR there is a person leaking the info at Cell C. OR maybe a leak in the Database? <br> <br> However it happened, it happened from Cell C. Now attempting to change my account to Cash in order for me to close my account and not provide another one, deems to be a mission impossible. I first need to get a letter from yet again my useless bank that cannot/will not assist with investigating the bogus debit orders on my account. <br> <br> Why can I not just change it to cash? Who do you leak my info?<br> <br> Cell C, I was happy with your service up till now. But now...
