IDENTITY THEFT

One of Cell’s C’s debt collectors have been consciously calling and sending me messages for a contract that I do not have with them, I am under my mom’s contract, I emailed the ***** department and they said I must get a case no from the police, I asked them to send me the signed contract and the ID copy they have on file for this contract, they told me to ask the police to fill out form in order for the police to request this on my behalf? This doesn’t make sense if they are accusing me of owing them money then why don’t they send me the proof. The police are insisting on the proof of the contract and ID so that they can give me no? This is the worst customer service ever!
