Identify theft and *****!!!!!

On the 4th of February, 2025, my father’s Cell C number was hacked by ****mers who pretended to be him and gained unauthorized access to his bank accounts. Upon discovering this, he immediately visited the Cell C store at Alberton City on the 5th of February, where he informed the staff about the situation and requested that the number be blocked, as he had already reported the matter to the police.

The staff at the store assured us that the issue would be escalated to your ***** department. However, the very next day, the compromised number was once again used to access my father’s bank account, resulting in further financial loss. We returned to the same Cell C store seeking clarification, but the staff informed us that nothing had been done to address the situation. When asked if the matter had been escalated as promised, the staff admitted that no action had been taken, and they were unable to provide any valid explanation for this oversight. They just told him to get a new number what nonsense is that????!!!!!!!
