Icompetent people
Very poor service. My debit order did not go off as usual due to my salary being paid late in Feb 2021. I phoned cellc to give me their banking details and the lady gave me the banking details as reference, hahaha. Then i phoned back and the lady gave me banking details with one reference number. i paid R1537 and now people from the collections department contacts me to say my account is in arears but they can see there is a credit of R729.
