I'am livid

My name is Andiswa Sicwebu i'am so disappointed with Cell c after using their network so long. 😡In June 2022 I was offered a month to month arrangement to get 50gig data, I was informed that I can cancel this arrangement anytime I want without penalty. To my shock when I went to Cell c on Thursday the 14th of April to cancel the arrangement I was informed that i'am in a binding contract with Cell C. I'am sick with shock because I never not once had I received such communication with Cell c. I have logged a complaint and I have not being contacted. They can block their number I will be damned before I pay them any cent. I'd rather be listed I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE CENT. i'am so done with these companies who *****es and manipulate customers.
