I wouldn't recommend using cellc. Agents hang up on clients and when you physically visit a branch they tell you you can't be assisted
I so disappointed in the service I am receiving from cellc. I have been having a case of my refund not being processed or allocated to my current account since June. August an agent responded to my problem and I was hopeful that it would be resolved now we are in December the funds have still not been allocated. I have visited the different branches and made countless calls with no assistance they just keep giving me different case numbers. My credit score is now affected because Cellc is saying I owe them whereas they are the ones owing me.

11 Dec 2023, 10:07My account is showing arrears and has been closed while I wait for Cellc to allocate my refund. I was told that if I want my account opened I should pay and accept that I will not get my refund.

12 Dec 2023, 13:23I have sent proof of payment 3 times already. Everytime I speak to the agent they require proof of payment but nothing is being done.
