I would like to write a review about Cell C

I would like to write a review about Cell C. Terrible service! I upgraded my contact in March 2021. I asked for my data sim to be canceled. I filled out the forms in store at riverside cell C. 5 months went by with me being charged for a data sim that I canceled. I phoned the store, went in, numerous times to be consoled and fooled into thinking the matter was sorted. I went back into the store on the 12th of August 2021. I filled in ANOTHER cancelation form. This time taking a picture of the form. Lesson learned. Left the store, the sim data did not work so thought all was well. 1st of September, billed AGAIN For R499 Instead of R399. I reversed the debit order. Phoned in another complaint. Was told I would hear from someone in 2 days! Well it's been a week. Nothing!! To pour salt on the wound I get sms from cell C asking how satisfied I am with them regarding how the have handled and fixed the situation?? Hello???no one has contacted me!!! **** cell C ***
