I wish I could rate them 0/5. Non-existing service.
Absolutely ridiculous service. Transfer of ownership still not completed since October, I have been assisted by various people, the last person was Moses Mo***eng (who assured me that the transfer has taken place). According to the Cell C app the transfer has still not taken place. I am going to instruct the bank to stop the debit order from my side as I'm most definitely not receiving the service I'm paying for. This has been months of total incompetence.
