I will never take out a contract with Cell C ever again!!!

Stay away from cell c!!! My contract ended on the 5th of November this year with cell c. I contacted the cancellation department before the 5th and was told to call back on the 5th, which I did. On the 5th of November, I was told that I have to give notice and should have called a month earlier. I did not know this and I accepted that it was my fault even though the consultant I spoke to before the 5th of November never told me this. I was told that I can only give 30 days notice and I still have to pay for the month of November. The consultant told me that my instalment will be more because I will have to pay for the 5 days of December as well (Because I cancelled on the 5th of November) and I will only receive the data for those 5 days after which the contract will be cancelled. This morning I wake up only to see that the full data was loaded. I called the cancellation department again, just to find out that the previous consultant gave me the wrong information. Now I have to pay for December as well plus the data will only be available until the 5th of December!!! I will never in my life take out another contract with this company.
