I will never take any contract with them anymore.
I regret to have taken a cell phone contract with Cell C, they just don't care and don't even know what a customer is, when you send messages they don't bother to reply, when you call them they patiently apologize but your problem got never resolved, I wish they loose customers like flies with these shamble treatment to their customers.

19 Jul 2022, 10:27I don't know which private reply you are talking about because I have been calling and sending countless emails but to no avail since last year August no one from Cell C bothered to reply and attend to my problems till today I haven't been help with my problems.
