I went onto the store hoping to adjust the benifits on my contract

I went onto the store hoping to adjust the benifits on my contract. I was told this would cost me R 70 to do. I received a debit order mandate to authorize. Eventually the come sultant i forms me that my request was unsuccessful. However this morning Im debited for the R70 even thou I did not grant permission to do so.
