I watched my money go down the drain

<p>I bought a cell phone (on pre paid) at Ackerman's store in Bloemfontein. I took a phone in for a repair, it had a touch pad problem as it was still in warranty. I expected my phone to be repaired, instead my phone came back dead, with loose *****s and a broken screen. I called many times and I was told to re-book it but it still came back the same. It feels like I watched my money go down the drain! </p>
