I was wrongly blacklisted by CellC service provider
My name is Michael M Maphosa. I was wrongly blacklisted by CellC service provider and they (CellC service provider) seems to be unwilling to give me a paid up letter and clearing my name, after all the communications I made with the CellC.
In 30 September 2016 I entered into a contract with CellC service provider. Everything went well until I indicated my intention to cancel that contract.
In the end of March 2019 I app**** for contract cancelation and it was processed successfully. I was informed to pay R260.00 for contract cancelation. Hundred and thirty (r130.00) was for the April 2019 month and another R130.00 was for May 2019.
On the 29th of March 2019 I paid r230.00 and on the 10th of May I also paid R130.00 into CellC service provider 's account number (at Nedbank). For April and May 2019, I was supposed to make a payment of r260.00. In this case r230.00 + R130.00 = a r360.00 was deposited into Nedbank's CellC account.
Furthermore, on 23 August 2021 I paid another r130.00 Please correct me if I am wrong. I was not in areas. Let CellC service provider revisit their records and they will see that they made a mistake. The Evidence is there.
Thank you for contacting Cell C.
