I was wrong Cell C does care.
I would just like to thank Cell c and especially Lungile Ntuli who made the effort to contact me and to set things right. I am getting my old number back. Dr's will be able to get hold of me again. I changed from another network to be with Cell c for their great service,I wont change to another network again. Thanks for resolving this misunderstanding so quick and professional.
