I was told lies on my contract

I have been a customer for almost 6 years with Cell C,last 4 months I did an upgrade, Cell C gave me a Cell C brand phone,which is Extreme E8,I have asked lots of questions because its a new phone branded Cell C,I was told it will come with cover but to my surprise the phone did not have its pouch, its 4 months now I have been calling Cell C I get transferred from one person to another, it seems they don't care about my problem they only thing its my money that they deduct every month,imagine a smartphone without a pouch/cover that I will have to use for 24 months?

I'm alerting anyone not to do contract with Cell C Pty they don't have customers service, I have had bad experience with this company, I so wish it was 23rd month to cancel my contract, I'm not happy at all.
