I was technically ****med
I renewed my phone contract last year August and was also bought a silicone screen protector for my phone because I was told it doesn't break. Only for my phone to fall and my actual screen broke and was only then told it is not a silicone screen protector but a film cover/plastic(not sure about the speeling), now I have to pay R3000 to fix my screen.

Thank you for responding, I totally understand but however you also cannot guarantee that if I had the silicone screen my phone wouldn't have cracked no matter the impact.
