i was promised i will be Blacklisted

i have been logging Complaints without feedback since December 2015,till today they haven't responded to my query,i called the call center 16/02/2015 and spoke to zama and she says the are no service request on the system,one service request was logged by the manager on 16/12/2015 *** and other was logged by escalation department on 08/01/2016 *** no response,i made reversal of payment cause no response i was called and i was listed on XDS Bereau. i use all networks,Vodacom and Telkom so far The try by all means to resolve customer Queries,im leaving cell c ,im canceling their bullying network contract,i will pay settlement .for life, i don want any of my family or friends associate with Cell c,as i work in a telecom Industry,im going to dent their Brand
