I was misled by the sales person

The sales department called to sell a wifi router for R149 a month only to find that he set a R2000 limit for data which he did not advise me about.now Ive been debited for R2000 more than what I signed up for. Customer service has been taking Mr back and forth for a month now and I have not received any help whatsoever .my account has been debited twice since I've filled the query with about 4 people and 3 emails later. There is no proper customer complaints department, we just get automated responses to our e mails.you can't actually speak to anyone and for me that's like running a pyramid scheme.
