I was misleaded by Cell C

On the 17th of Sep 2015 i called the contact center to get more info about the whatsapp data and i was advised that they are applicable for my device and only to find out that it was a lie.The guy who helped me loaded those data successfully but i couldnt access my whatsapp still. i immediately logged a query on the very same day and i was give the ref number *** and they advised that they will refund me within 24-48 working hours.On the 24th i called again and they told me that the case is still on hold i should wait another 24-48 for their response and the gave another me ref number ***.So till now 01st of Oct i am still waiting for Cell c to get back to me and still no communication..Please assist as i told the team leader Simphiwe that should you not keep your promise i wll log a complaint at Hello Peter.<br> <br> Regards<br> Tebogo
