I was and am charged every month for emailed itemised billing

<p>I phone every month that I be sent itemised billing on my main mobile phone number by email.</p> <p>This is a free service if this is emailed (as with Vodacom) but I get erroneously charged every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>The funds erroneously taken by Cell C must be refunded. </p> <p>I need itemised billing on my main mobile phone number every month please.</p>
