15 Oct 2021, 21:55In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this Agreement is not cancelled during the Contract Period or on expiry of the Contract Period and is not renewed, then this Agreement will run for the Contract Period and then on a month-to-month basis until the Agreement is cancelled.

16 Oct 2021, 01:12Yes … my contract ended in July I phoned to cancel on 2 august and they cancelled on 2 September but in October money was still debited out of my account
