I wanted a top up but I was give some thing else.

The lady from cell c called me regarding a contract phone, I told her that I will like to take one. I specifically told her that I need a top up due to my financial problem but she gave me something else. I called cell c several times trying to resolve this, I even asked for recording of our conversation but I,m still waiting for someone to get back to me.
