I want to port my number pretty please.

It is me and Cell C again. I requested for my contract to be canceled and then for the number to be kept as a prepaid as I wanted to port to a different network. It seems Cellc's HR just employ anyone as my contract was canceled but I cannot port the number as it seems they canceled the number as well. I went on their live chat system to complain today, not that I was surprised but it is of the poorest systems not to mention their ticket system. One probably has to do coding to understand that ****. All I want is my cellphone number as a prepaid in order for me to port it out. Can someone please please help me with this.
