i want to blacklist a tablet

on Sunday the 17/10/2015 I went into the Westgate branch to black list my Tablet that was ******. I was told that they can not blacklist the tablet as I do not have a affidavit.<br> <br> I went to the Linden Police Station on the 18/10/2015 to get a affidavit which I got with no problem. I then went to Cresta Cell C to Blacklist my Tablet they filled out the form and said that they will fax it to head office.<br> <br> I was told that it would take 48 hours to get a itc number which my insurance needs to pay me out I would like Cell C to give me a tablet for nothing as they are pushing my around and not doing there work properly.<br> <br> I call cell c cresta and was told that they did not receive the forms and that it will take another 48 hours to blacklist <br> <br> please could someone help me in this regard and I pay my insurance and would like to get paid out or is Cell C GOING TO GIVE MY A NEW TABLET FOR NOTHING.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Cheryl Kirk<br> *** <br> Email Address: [Email Removed]
