I want this account cancelled with immediate effect.

Good day I am very much disappointed with the service I am getting from Cell C , you fail to deduct on the dates requested and once account is on arrears you are too quick to call and advise. I want this Account cancelled immediately, The consultants are very rude too and they don't even know how to do their Job, if they are telling me they do not know why you did not deduct in time, how am I suppose to know?
