i want paid letter asap
my is bafana mlambo and i used to have a contract with cell c.
when my initial contract ended i wanted to cancel with them they offered me some contract for airtime and data then i lost my sim card and they failed to assist me with sim swap as i could not remember the people i called .
i just want my paid up letter so that i can purchase a property because apparently i was blacklisted by you guys and this hinders my progress.
can someone call me or email the letter to me because i paid in full.
please attend to this asap as i will lose out on the property

you know i am so surprised of how you guys operate as someone called me yesterday from the legal to send me the paid letter and today i called in to follow up and i was advised differently that as per their system it doesn't show who called me and there was no case opened.
