I want my refund for a contract that was cancelled!

I am extremely disappointed with the service received. I cancelled my contract in 2017 and when I viewed my statement recently I noticed that the money is still being deducted. After phoning the call center they said the contract was never cancelled. A lady from Cell C contacted me and said that they have cancelled the contract and that they would be in contact with me with regards to the refund. Nobody phoned me and I tried to phone the call center and was sent from pillar to post. I want my refund done!
