I Want my refund!

I have been struggling for over a month to get a refund out of Cell C. At first, they said it I had an unpaid premium in July, so they double debited in August, after countless emails with the bank statements to show that July debit did indeed go off, they finally admit that the double debit was incorrect. Then I phone again to find out about the refund and go through the story AGAIN. In the meantime, they have debited cause another month has gone buy. They take 5 days min to reply to an email and then tell you for urgent queries contact 084135 but when you do, they cannot help you and that department does not have a direct line.
