I want my refund

Extremely unsatisfied with the service .............. ****ty service that i received with Cellc get more product. I took the in July and i needed more explanation on how the product works. when i called Cell c customer care they never explained to me what i needed. I cancelled the service and the lady i spoke to whom i cant recall her name told me about the cancellation period and that i will be paying for the 1st month. In august i expected that product to be cancelled in which they debited additional amount which i had already cancelled. i called Cell c again and they told me that product its still active of which i have cancelled. Today 21 Sep i called cellc again and they telling me that the product it is still active of which i have 3 months cancelling that stupid product. Can i please get my refund back for July and dont you debit for september. I am tired of your ****ty service.
