I want my refund

I cancelled my contract with Cell C on the 09 June 2017. My last day with Cell C on a contract was 09 July 2017. On my last statement received (Cell C SP August 2017 statement) it states that I have a refund of R89.03 due to me. I have been phoning Cell C customer care numerous times since receiving this statement inquiring when i will receive this refund. I have been given to date 2 case numbers ( ********** 241 on the 08 August 2017 which according to Cell C is "missing" on there system) and now ( ********** 240 on the 28 August 2017). Both times i received sms's from Cell C with these reference numbers. I have even been into the Uitenhage branch of Cell C and they confirm that i have a refund due to me which todate is now sitting in 30days +.

I want my refund before EOB 01.09.2017..
