I want my refund

I was overcharged for BIS and BB10 and Thobile Ngomane acknowledged that l was indeed overcharged and l must get a refund. Its over a month now and this is the 5th complaint but nothing is being done. Nobody cares at cellc. The power is the hand of cellc to overcharge their customers. I want my money. PAY BACK MY MONEY
