i want my phone back the way o handed it in!

I handed in my iPhone for repairs, for starters, I called customer service to explain my problem and also was advised that it is out of warranty so I will be charged for my repairs, I was okay with that, I took it to the store and it was booked in for repairs, then I was quoted for a R10,000 replacement and when I asked they said they don't repair iphones, why was I not informed that they don't repair iphones by either the customer service consultant or the store assistant? I wouldn't have sent it in for "repairs" if I knew you don't repair

so now I handed in my phone, it was on when I handed it in then the lady at the store checked and the only problem with my phone was that it was freezing, so after my phone went in for repairs and was quoted I rejected it and it came back, now I go to collect it and it's not switching on or even charging, I didn't collect my phone from the cell c cresta store as I want my phone back exactly how I handed it in, which is ON! I called the repair center and they are telling me my phone was not switching when they had it, I am also telling them that it was on when I handed it in at cresta, can I just have my phone the way it was when I handed it in? I refuse to take back my phone off while it was on when I handed it in.

May I please be assisted, you can give it back to me with the same screen freezing problem just ON!
