I want my number back!!!

Cell C has permanently deleted my number without any warnings or notifications. I went into the walmer park branch on Saturday and Sunday to sort this out. The gentleman that helped me also had to struggle with *********** people on the helpline. They said he had to send an email to them with my number and all details and they would INVESTIGATE and contact me. I AM STILL WAITING!!! I DO NOT HAVE MY CONTACT NUMBER FOR 4 DAYS ALREADY. What is there to investigate I just want my number reconnected!! That is exactly what the gentleman told them.
