I want my name cleared and my cash refund ASAP.

I have a ********** account that was opened using my name at Cell C, from April 2019 Cell C has been deducting via debit order an amount of about R659.00 every month for a contract I know nothing off. I have submitted all the documents required on the 6 of July 2020 and I have waiting for the refund since the, I was told the matter might up to 21 working days to be concluded and someone was going to give me feedback on the matter but nothing. I want all of my money Cell C am not happy at all with your service right now. I want my name cleared on Credit Bureau as a bad debtor.
