i want my money back! Faith Moraka and cell c!

<p>i recently took out a cellphone contract with cell c. my application was done over the phone with Faith Moraka who seemed to be an honest person at the time. I advised her that i would like all my debits to run on the 20th of every month. She further read me the terms and conditions of which i stopped her when she stated that a debit order would run two days after the application was done, and i told her if that was the case, lets cancel the application. she then stated on the recorded line that she promised it would not happen. Honestly i have been lenient with cell c in this matter as they ran two debit orders off my account putting my account in a minus for R230 for returned debit orders. I transfered money as this minus would affect me. This is the second week and the money for those charges is still not in my account. when you call her she tells you it will be fixed, same story every single day. i was asked not to put this up on hello peter by the consultant but im honestly tired of this poor service and i want my money back. i had said today but clearly some people do not have any consideration for others i guess!!!!!!!!!! </p>
