I want my money back and stop the ****ing debits too!!!!!!!!!!!

I have canceled my subscription with get more in jan 2020 actually the very same day I joined as I just wasn't happy with that useless add on ,I understand that my last debit would be end of feb,however after numerous phone calls still I'm being billed every month, I need a refund and I want it as soon as possible we are in may 2020 and i have just received a statement stating I will be debited again.i will not accept such poor service I am filled with resentment.. can someone please assist me urgently as calling the help desk is ****ing pointless
