I want my money back

I cancelled my contract almost 2 months ago and I was guaranteed I wont be debited any longer. I wake up today and get an sms that R242 paid out of my account. FOR WHAT??? This is such an inconvenience because I had budgeted this month. I don't want an explanation I want my money back!!! I dont want anything to do with Cell C!!!!
