I want my money and i am being ****med by this company

As usual Cell C is trying to make me jump over hurdles for something that is completely their fault. I am being charged for insurance that i did not request . my phoneis insured with someone else b. I spoke to the social media consultant and told them that i did not request for this insurance and she listened to the calls and agreed. now i am getting an sms that says i am supposed to call the insurer myself. Why am i calling them when i have no business with them. this is a TCF issue and i am tired of having to beg Cell C to do their job. what the hell do i pay for if i have to beg them to dpo their jobs. i want my money.
