I want my money

I get my and for my debit order and I see I have been over debited. I call the call centre and spoke to sibosiso was told i have a reconnection fee that was billing on 2 of my contracts Which my lines have never been suspended and my account up to date. I was also told that i must pay a failed debit order of R70 Which was Cell c fault as i called them way in advance to change by debit order date which they failed to do And now im been affected With charges. I cant wait 30 days for my refund i need my money cell c is taking money out my familes mouth.if i owed the money cell c was never going to be understanding my line was going to be locked immediately. All im asking for is my money to be in my acxount or to cancell all my contracts with out a penalty fee i am fedup with Cell c.
