I want my data that was promised to me

I made an online enquiry to Purchase a data contract online<br> A consultant phone me within two days to tell me of the deal I would receive.<br> <br> I asked the consultant two time if I do not finished my data would the remaining be rolled over, and on both occasions she responded with , Yes it would roll over for 3 months.<br> <br> So lo and behold after the first month of my contract my data was just gone *****.<br> So I called up Cell C and they said they would review my conservation and get back to me.<br> <br> They took one week to get back to me only to say sorry data is not rolled over.<br> <br> All I want to say is your call Centre agents are really not equipped to handle customers.<br> I want the data that was promised to me.<br>
