I WANT MY DATA BACK PLEASE

May i please have my data back. This is actually getting ridiculous! At 6h02pm I got 1024mb bonus data. I had 120mb. At 07h02pm I had 289mb. At 7h03pm I had 22mb left. I called the customer services asking why my data was used. The lady explained to me that apparently even though I got the bonus data, my data automatically gets used first as it was loaded before the bonus. I told her that last week the same thing happened on my other number . I logged a complain with hello Peter. I got a call the next day and was told that it is a technical error as the bonus airtime is used first, only once depleted then data is used. The lady went to ask her manager and confirmed that her manager says they use the data that was loaded first, then the bonus data. Unbelievable! This is appalling. H last Saturday I was told by Palesa from Cell c that the bonus lotto get used first in the allocated hour. Which is only logical by the way. The level of incompetence and plain lack of common sense I was subjected to this evening is shocking. What is the point of getting bonus data for 1 hour if in that hour, the data you bought is going to be depleted and the bonus data just lingers for an hour
