I want my data back. Disgusting cheats! Fed up

I am so disgusted and fed up at this point I don't even gave words. Day after day I buy hourly gig from cell c only to not be able to use it because there is no network or connection or it's service!!! Mind you, this is when there is no load shedding whatsoever! Only for the ****** network or service to come back or work literally few minutes if not after the hour that it was meant for.

This is bull****. I want my data back. Half the time can't even write a review because it comes back after the hour has lapsed.i want my data back. Feels cheated!!!!
