I want my data

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Cell C. I have a contract with them and for a router whereby I get a specific data for night and day... I usually use this towards end of the month for about 10 or more days.

Since the beginning of this month for the first time I tried using it early in the month because of my needs, it never logs in I know for a fact I must have data.

I went to Cell C store in Festival Mall and Tshegofatso informed me that one internet search took 1.99gb and I immediately disputed it and requested investigation to be done and Sibusiso told from the call center said it can only be done month end.

I don't understand this too because I need it so urgently, I have tons of assignments due this month which I have to make some research on and I don't have money to always go to the internet cafes and I know for a fact that something must have happened on the Cell C side because I did not use that data.
