I want my Cell C network restored!!!
I have been a loyal Cell C customer for almost 20 years! 4 years ago I migrated by one Vodacom contract to Cell C because we battled with cellphone reception in out area… it was great, now both my contracts was with Cell C, then last year they “upgraded” their network.. and boom my previous Vodacom contract is only connecting to Vodacom and rejects Cell C network. I have complained to Cell C about this problem with no help!!! For months now we have no network on the previous Vodacom number because Vodacom has Zero network in our area and it does not want to connect to Cell C network… I don’t understand how Cell C technicians can’t fix this problem!!!!! It is pathetic and unprofessional of them!!!!! I want my netword restored!!!
I have tried everything, I have reset the network settings, I have rebooted phone, I have tried to connect to other networks besides Vodacom… I even put the sim card into a different phone. It only connects to Vodacom and I am not a Vodacom customer… I moved “migrated” my number to Cell C because we have issues with the other networks. I just want to be put back onto the Cell C network… I am paying Cell C for my contracts, not any other service provider
