i want cell c to pay for the apps they deleted

I have received my phone after almost a month of being sent around and calling through to the call center. <br> The phone was delivered on Thursday 4/02/2016 and on the Saturday it could not download any applications .I went to the Westgate branch in Mitchell plain where an agent wiped my phone without saying what would happen. He still did not resolve the issue. I went to the istore who fixed it within 3 minutes. My issue is that there were apps on the phone which to get now will cost me over R700 which I think is unfair. All I want is the apps that I had on my phone as one of your agents deleted it when it was not necessary.
