I want cancel please

I have 2 contracts with cell c and i call in last week for the commitment amount andbi was given an amount of R419 however i paid R420 so today i call in to cancel the line but an agent by the name of Thabo told me they cant cancel it today because its month end and the money isnt reflecting and when i suggested to send a proof of payment he still told me he vant accept it as some customers tent to reverse the money like im so confused help
