I want answers Please

My contract was with Glocell, which Cell C took over a while back. On doing a credit check, I was advised that there is an amount of R193.00 outstanding with Glocell as a 'loan' on the system. Trying to find out why this is outstanding when all my payments are up to date with Cell C is a nightmare!!!! Just to get through to the legal department, I have to give my full pedigree more than once. If they didn't settle with GloCell, it is not my problem! I have a debit order in place for the monthly premiums and not one was missed - so how is there still an amount outstanding as due by me since July 2018. Just let me know how to sort this matter out and why this amount is still outstanding and who will settle it and let me have a letter to that effect!!!
