I want a refund for the 24 months deductions

I joined get more services in Novemebr 2015 and since then there has been deductions going offf my account to theirs. The problem started in November 2016 when i requested to use the services im paying for but i was told Im not on the data base they cant pick up my number,ID or any form of details that proves im a member. I then requested to cancel my membership and get a full refund until a lady by the name of Phindile Makhanya promised to sort out my compalint and promised that in future I must deal with her. Then on the 2nd november 17, i sent Phindile an email requesting to use their services and my email was ignored until I called to do a follow up and since she promised to get back to me till today no response from her. On the 8th I then asked to speak to a Supervisor and i was referred to Renesh who requested some proof that my acc was being debited which i did, and as always that was the last I heard of him. I then called again for a follow and spoke to Anyway and he said hell do a follow up with Renesh and as always Im still waiting for that feedback. I am now dealing with a lady by the name Fisani Mbhense and shes also asked that i wait for her feedback . I cant wait anymore as I need a full refund for the 24 months that they have debited.
